Atahualpa 3.4 had rather huge changes and also several bugs, mostly related to the new external CSS feature.
See the changelog for 3.4.1 at http://forum.bytesforall.com/showthread.php?t=2255
Please ask questions at the FORUM
The Javascript rotation for header images is missing in 3.4.1. Wait for 3.4.2 on Sudnay 7-12-2009 or apply this fix to 3.4.1: http://forum.bytesforall.com/showthread.php?p=996

I need some help to allow a page visitors to leave a comment and would be very grateful for any help.
I have checked the box on the edit page > Discussion > Allow Comments.
I have also in Discussion Settings, checked “E-mail me whenever” > “Anyone posts a comment” and also “A comment is held for moderation”.

You can upload it very easily by using filezilla to the themes folder, or you can search for themes and download it directly from wordpress

This is a great theme. I just found it by doing some deep internet searching. I am hoping it is available in the WP Install themes folder. It seems like some of these comments are dated, do you have a newer theme available?

Hi, I am using Atahualpa 3.4.01 on WordPress 2.8.4.
I watched the WordPress video and have triple checked/tested, but still can’t make the comments box appear. I have a different browser open, not logged in, with the subject page open to test it.
Cheers

successfully upgraded from ata version 3.3.2 to 3.4.1. I tweaked 3.3.2 based on your instruction to replace search bar to google adsense search bar. How can I do that on atahualpa 3.4.1?

This version of Atahualpa rocks. Bytesforall rocks. Thanks so much to Flynn for outstanding tech support. I’m very happy with the control this theme gives me.

3.4.1 and 3.3.3 both seem to have a problem with the tagline in WordPress 2.8.1. Since upgrading, cycling the show tagline setting on Atahualpa does not result in the tagline being shown with either 3.3.3 or 3.4.1
Still love the theme though: thanks.

Hallo Flynn,
I’ve tried to update from Atahualpa 3.3.3 -> 3.4.1. The sidebar positioning- organisation (problem from 3.4.01) is now solved. The “Home”-page looks right, but clicking some sub-content (posts or pages) results in complete BLANK page (the sourcetext is empty too)!
So I had to switch back to version 3.3.3.
E.g. I’m using the Plugin “AJAXed WordPress”, may be there is an incompatibility? What may be the problem?

Why doesn’t it underline Posts when I hover over it in the header?
July 11th, 2009 at 9:16 am
I tried to do an automatic install by using the WordPress ‘add new theme’ panel selection. However – the message I get is the directory already exists and the install fails. I’ve been searching through forum posts for a ‘how to upgrade from 3.4.01 to 3.4.1 but haven’t found joy. Might someone help me with this?
TIA,
Barb

Much praise for Atahualpa theme -GREAT WORK!
But I had several problems with 3.4 installed on on a clean version of WP2.8, so I temporarily switched back to 3.3 until a stable update is available. All problems cleared up by switching back to 3.3
ISSUES WITH 3.4
1. After used for a day or so, suddenly missing titles on posts
2. Kept losing entire category menu after a post update. Temporarily fixed when any category entry updated.
3. Rotating banners non-functional
4. CSS changes for text in widgets did not show on site
I’m glad to hear you’re already updating. The massive additions and feature list of 3.4 are mouth-watering and I’m already looking to install 3.4 as soon as I’m comfortable it is stable.
