Quick question, I am currently on 3.6 and can’t back up/download the settings text file. If I upgrade to 3.7.1, will I lose my settings? or will they persist?

I seem to be having an issue. It appears the rotating header images are fixed left, and the centering option does not fix this. Anyone know a fix for this?
